Radishes have shown up at the Farmer’s Market! I don’t consider myself a radish “fan”. I put them on salads when they are in season but that’s it. My husband will eat them whole but I can’t say that I enjoy them that way. This year I’ve decided to branch out and try radishes in different ways to see if they grow on my at all. So the search began for recipes that sounded appealing and worthy of my time and taste buds.
